- Address: [Registered address]
- Phone: [Phone]
- Email for data requests: [Email]
- Data protection officer: [Name and contact, if appointed]
02What we collect
- When you message us on LINE or another channel: your display name, account ID, and the messages and files you send.
- When you ask for access: your name, the product you asked about, your TradingView username if you use the indicator, and the FPG account details the team needs to check your eligibility [client to confirm which details].
- If you pay for anything, such as a course: your name, what you bought, and payment records such as transfer slips.
- When you visit the website: basic technical data our hosting provider records for security, such as your IP address and browser type.
03Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your questions, check your eligibility and give you access to a product. This is needed to enter into or carry out a contract with you.
- To keep tax and accounting records. This is a legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure. This is our legitimate interest.
- To send you news and offers, or to run analytics and advertising cookies. We only do this with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
04If you don't give us your data
We can't answer you or deliver a product without the contact details we need to do so.
05How long we keep it
- Chats: only as long as we need them to help you with a question or your access, then [period to confirm].
- Payment and accounting records: as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires.
- Marketing: until you withdraw your consent.
07Transfers outside Thailand
Some of these providers store data outside Thailand, including in the United States and Japan. We use providers that offer safeguards for this, such as contractual protections.
08Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, move it to another provider, and withdraw your consent.
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
